Intern - Technical To be base at Ratmalana MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia,and Kenya, it offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. This will be a great opportunity to further your subject knowledge and gain hands on experience while accelerating your personal development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the Tech pack meeting/Sewing Meeting along with the required team to identify the most effective method of pattern constructions. Check the accuracy of the patterns are created in alignment with the design intent and according to the pattern creation process upon receipt of the tech pack as to ensure that no pattern issues are transmitted to the bulk production process Check and Verify the accuracy of patterns against the given samples as to ensure all the technical issues are identified and address Participate for the fit sessions and adhere to the fit protocols KEY QUALIFICATIONS Following a B.sc Textile Engineering Degree or relevant postgraduate diploma in textile Good communication skills

Responsibilities

The intern will participate in tech pack and sewing meetings to identify effective pattern construction methods. They will also check the accuracy of patterns and participate in fit sessions.
