KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct audits of Service Desk tickets to ensure compliance and quality. Review and audit Service Desk calls for accuracy and adherence to protocols. Assign incoming tickets to appropriate IT support staff for resolution. Follow up on users' negative feedback to address concerns and improve service. Prepare detailed Service Desk reports for performance analysis and review. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate in computer science or IT Good communication skill Good knowledge in Microsoft office 365 applications.
