Intern – Technology Services (To be based at Malabe) MAS is Sri Lanka’s largest exporter and South Asia’s largest design-to-delivery solution providers in apparel and textile manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Daily Monitoring and review Purview DLP alerts. Assist with basic investigations under senior analyst guidance. Maintain regular communication with end-users and their line managers regarding flagged DLP activities. Follow up to ensure timely responses and resolutions. Prepare Weekly & Monthly alert summary reports. Support implementing new processes and related activities. Support ad-hoc security compliance tasks. Monitor the data access and activity of resigning users to ensure the proper removal or restriction of access to sensitive data before they leave the organization. Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies: Graduate or Undergraduate in Software engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology. Basic understanding of data protection and information security concepts. Good communication and documentation skills. Willingness to learn new tools and processes. Undergraduate or fresh graduate in IT Cybersecurity
Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for the daily monitoring and review of DLP alerts, assisting with basic investigations under supervision, and maintaining communication with end-users regarding flagged activities. Key tasks also include preparing summary reports and supporting ad-hoc security compliance tasks, such as monitoring data access for resigning users.
