Responsibilities: Support functional testing efforts by documenting test cases and scenarios across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, ORC, Absence, etc.). Assist in automating test cases for Oracle HCM modules using ACCELQ. Work closely with functional consultants to understand business processes. Assist in maintaining test documentation and logs. Help track testing progress and outcomes. Requirements: Basic understanding of software testing and automation tools. Strong written communication and documentation skills. Basic understanding of HR processes or ERP systems. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Familiarity with Oracle HCM is a plus.
