Job Description Role: Consultant Narrative: * Responsible for driving process reviews by thoroughly understanding project business requirements and supporting delivery through comprehensive reviews of project plans, milestones, deliverables, early warnings, and risks. Also identifies strengths and best practices to promote continuous improvement. * Proficient in organizing and synthesizing reports, reviews, and key information derived from meetings, business specifications, and other relevant artifacts to support informed decision-making. * Collaborates effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and shared understanding throughout the project lifecycle. * Demonstrates strong communication, analytical thinking, and independent judgment, contributing to a culture of customer service, teamwork, and high performance. * Understands key performance indicators (KPIs) across the project lifecycle, and evaluates trends to identify areas for improvement, risk mitigation, and quality enhancement. Required Skills * 5-6 years of relevant experience as Service Quality Analyst/Engineer * Fair understanding of Quality Management System and process around it * Act as Quality advocate to project / delivery teams by coaching, guiding delivery teams on quality & Process * Conduct regular quality reviews for the project at various critical milestones and record the observation and communicate with stakeholders * Identify Early Warnings, Risks in the projects and record and track till closure * Coordinate with internal auditors and project teams for timely audits. * Track open actions from various reviews and audits till closure * Review RCA and action plan for review observations, mitigating risks * Prepare the weekly/bi-weekly reports on various compliances and share with stakeholders * Conduct awareness sessions for the project teams about Quality, compliance, Risks * Knowledge of various metrics measured in different project lifecycles like Agile, Waterfall, Managed Service, Testing etc. * Should be good at preparing various presentation and slides * Motivated, energetic, and self-driven individual Qualification * B.E or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality) * Industry recognized QA (CMMI , ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) and quality management certification
