Overview An opportunity has arisen for a TCF intern who will have the opportunity to support TCF activities within the Front Office. A key role to provide strong support to the TCF clients’ needs through close co-operation within TCF and various internal stakeholders. Duties and responsibilities Front Office Client Management Together with the Account Officer (AO), you have the responsibility to help the AO in managing banking services (including transactional trade finance products) offered to clients (or prospective clients) Liaise with clients within the portfolio in deal management / transaction requests and ensuring that proposed deals are in conformity of the bank’s risk appetite and/or approved credit facility parameters Work closely with TMO and relevant departments (including Risk, Operations, Financial Markets, and other product partners) to ensure smooth and timely execution of transactions, and timely completion of credit reviews/credit modifications Assist in credit & operational tasks including credit reviews, customer due diligence management, call reports, covenant monitoring and management reporting Participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments, reporting, commercial and clients’ meetings where necessary What are the skill and qualification requirements of the role? Minimum GPA of 3/4 or equivalent Good analytical skills, with keen interest to find out more. Resourceful and willingness to work with clients / stakeholders for solutions.
