Responsibilities

You will support the DHL Innovation &Trend Research team, the premier corporate innovation function within Deutsche Post DHL Group worldwide.
As part of our team, you will contribute to projects that turn technology, social, and business trends from research into practical solutions for the logistics industry. Through the publication of industry trend reports, piloting new technologies in real logistics environments, and partnering with startups. you will play a central role in making innovation tangible for DPDHL Group, our customers, and the logistics industry.

Your tasks:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovation projects that advance DHL’s digital strategy and enhance relationships with our top global customers, as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate outreach to start-ups, technology providers, and partner organizations to identify innovative solutions and potential collaborators for future innovation initiatives, as well as prospective exhibits for our four global innovation centers.
  • Contribute to the development of content for keynote presentations and speaking engagements that address trends in the logistics industry, as well as both current and past innovation projects.
  • Participate in our thought leadership initiatives by researching emerging trends in the logistics industry and contributing to the development of publications and related content.
