Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design and develop quality testing procedures; update and modify existing tests as necessary Define test objectives and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals Perform moderately complex functional, application, regression, performance, and integration testing Define and adhere to quality initiatives Provide metrics and results from all testing efforts that will support business decisions Research new emerging technologies to improve efficiency of testing practices Competencies Willingness and ability to quickly adapt and maintain software products and current testing technologies Ability to accurately estimate task durations and meet schedules Strong initiative, customer-service oriented mindset and commitment to insure timely and quality solutions to customer issues Well-organized, self-directed team player. Remains open to ideas, and exhibits willingness to try new things Prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently and develop realistic action plans Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality Present information effectively, and is capable of interpreting written technical documentation Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events Demonstrate professionalism, positive attitude, and strong work ethic\ Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to thrive in a highly collaborative team work environment Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
