Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to : Key Responsibilities (Daily Tasks) : Monitor and manage the ULD Group Email Update Disposition Report Track Unreported ULD from Unilode Update ULD status to respective airline teams Coordinate with the Unilode inventory team Trace missing ULDs and follow up with stations Communicate with station ULD teams to verify status Key Responsibilities (Weekly Tasks) : Prepare On-Loan Report Generate KPI reports for UCM and SCM messaging performance Send reminders to low-performing stations to improve compliance Manage ULD trucking delivery to stations (where applicable) Key Responsibilities (Monthly Tasks) : Propose ULD allocation plans for D7 and AK Database & Reporting Maintain and update Google Sheet databases Track excessive/damaged ULDs Extract information from emails and reflect it in the relevant sheets Monitor A321 and A330 ULD performance data Preferred Qualifications : Age : 18 years or older Availability : Minimum 6 months; 12 months preferred Education : Doesn't matter diploma/degree program, but Logistics and Supply Chain program will be a bonus Language : Good written and spoken English Technical Skills : Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Docs Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Coding or programming knowledge (optional but an advantage) High accuracy and meticulousness in data handling Personal Attributes : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and responsibly At Teleport, we’re all about creating a diverse and inclusive team where everyone feels valued. Responsibilities
The intern will monitor and manage the ULD Group Email, update reports, and coordinate with various teams regarding ULD status. They will also prepare reports and manage ULD trucking delivery as needed.
