HERE’S WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER:

We are looking for a UX/UI Design Intern with a strong passion for creating an immersive and engaging digital customer experience. The ideal candidate would have a strong portfolio demonstrating an eye for polished detail and structured approach. As a member of the digital customer experience team at G-Star, you will have the opportunity to help shape the continued growth and definition of design with other designers and collaborate with the development team in order to create one consistent definition of the G-STAR experience.

• Having an agile mindset is very important at G-STAR, therefore we ask you to participate in a fun gamification assessment prior to a follow-up interview.
• When we’re ready to commit to each other, we’ll finalize the terms we’ve discussed and we’ll explain to you how to order your first pair of jeans from the G-STAR employee store.

• You will receive hands-on mentoring for how to deliver final designs within a Figma design library & documentation for other designers and for final development handoff.
• You will also receive mentoring on how to develop a design project from the discovery phase to deliver, making sure the research insights support the final design decisions.
• Work with up to date customer behavior data on the website to support design decisions.
• Help define additional design guidelines based on best practices & a new consistent design language.
• Assist in the iteration design proposals for A/B testing in order to assure that all changes are well tested and deliver the best experience for all of our global customers.
