QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimally a bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, business, and/or related fields.
- Prior internship experience in banks or immigration companies is preferred.
- Strong written and conversational skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and investment principles.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on on-going business improvement projects specifically.Creation and fine-tuning processes within the organisation.Participate in system enhancements discussion and its respective UAT.Championing the use of new business processes and systems.
- To work with Team Lead to liaise with external stakeholders for new onboarding of counter parties or to liaise with existing service providers to keep information up to date.
- To work with Client Advisors and Assistant Client Advisors to provide administrative support and maintaining the organisation of client data and records.
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team.
