Location: Williams Companies Corporate, 6221 Mile Lane Road, Sayre, PA 18840 Department: Finance & Accounting Salary: $16.00 JOB SUMMARY As a Business Intern at the Williams Support Center, you will work directly with our Finance & Accounting team to support convenience store & auto dealership operations on projects that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and retail performance. This role is ideal for a highly motivated student interested in retail strategy, business analytics, and process improvement. ESSENTIAL TASKS * Assist in analyzing sales, labor, and inventory data to identify operational trends.  * Participate in corporate planning sessions for grand openings, remodels, and seasonal promotions. * Collaborate with the operations team to optimize store workflows and employee scheduling tools. * Conduct competitive research on regional retail trends and customer preferences. * Support audits and internal reviews to ensure brand and operational consistency. * Prepare reports and presentations for leadership meetings and project updates. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and summarize data. * Effective communication skills across various teams and departments. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Willingness to travel to locations across the Twin Tiers for research, store visits, or special events. * Collaborative mindset with a curiosity for learning and problem-solving.
