Description

ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT AND EAGER TO GAIN HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN A GLOBAL, FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT?

We’re looking for a motivated intern or working student to join our Global Talent Development Team and contribute to meaningful, high-impact projects and initiatives that shape how we grow and develop talent across the organization. This role is based in Germany – either on-site in Munich or remote – and supports our global team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re searching for someone who is curious, driven, and ready to make an impact from day one.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Are currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Economics, or similar) and are looking for an internship or working student position
  • Are fluent in English (German and/or French are a plus)
  • Bring excellent organizational and time management skills — and can be counted on to deliver reliably
  • Have a hands-on attitude , enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and are not afraid to take initiative
  • Are ideally already familiar with Talent Development or Talent Management through prior experience or coursework
  • Thrive in a dynamic, international environment and feel comfortable handling multiple priorities at once
  • Are passionate about learning and growth — both your own and that of others — and excited to take on meaningful responsibility early in your career
Responsibilities

As part of our team, you’ll dive into the exciting world of Talent Development and support a variety of initiatives that empower people and enable growth across the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting global Talent Development initiatives — from leadership development and capability building to promoting a culture of self-directed learning, with a strong focus on AI fluency in all learning activities
  • Assisting in the design, preparation, and rollout of global programs (e.g., communication and feedback training)
  • Helping to create exceptional learning experiences through strong coordination, logistics, and administrative support
  • Managing core processes related to training, coaching, and facilitation — including onboarding external partners and supporting delivery across regions
