REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, tech, or a related field.
• A hands-on mentality with the flexibility to tackle diverse tasks.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally in a startup, consulting, or venture capital context.
• Passion for working in a dynamic startup environment and pushing boundaries.
• A team player who’s ready to take responsibility and help others succeed.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English and German.
• (Bonus) Experience with Figma, Webflow, or other tools.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with the startup ecosystem.
