Tasks Developing new business theses (bottom-up & top-down) Analyzing markets, problems, and customer segments Defining compelling value propositions Building business cases and unit economics Evaluating existing companies (buy-and-build, carve-outs, new ventures) Preparing and joining calls & meetings with experienced founders, our venture partners, as well as investors & operators Structuring ideas into investment memos, one-pagers, and decision frameworks Requirements Exceptional analytical thinking Strong interest in entrepreneurship, investing, and business models Ability to break down complex topics clearly and structurally High personal standards - you want to work on things that matter Prior VC experience not required - thinking beats résumé Benefits Steep learning curve in a short time Direct exposure to serial founders, CEOs & operator, professional investors Responsibility from day one Deep insight into: market analysis business model design unit economics investment decision-making Long-term opportunities to grow into: venture builder roles investment roles or co-founder positions in new ventures
