Job Description: Provide engineering project support by verifying test program and performance of discrete devices on semiconductor wafers. Responsibilities Extract test conditions from test program for transistors, diodes, resistors, capacitors and other components. Use layout tools to locate components and document structure. Electrically verify tests using microprobe station and Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer. Document all results. Shift: 1st with flexibility Requirements/Qualifications: Knowledge of basic semiconductor processing. Knowledge of discrete devices and related electrical parameters. Ability to use a microprobe station and electronic test equipment. Able to use Power Point, Word, and Excel. Must be able to work with minimal oversight and be able obtain quick meaningful progress independently. Education Currently enrolled in a four-year or graduate program in electrical engineering with emphasis in semiconductor design or manufacturing.
