YOUR NEW ROLE:

The role of Desk Based Account Manager will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Through effective planning, time management and the execution of professional sales techniques, deliver sales growth and profitability targets in line with the key objectives of the business across all strategic product, channel, and market strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Meet agreed sales targets and timelines.
· Understand and apply our internal sales approach to build strong, lasting customer relationships that benefit both Häfele and our clients
· Use digital tools to confidently present, promote, and sell products and services to new and existing customers.
· Assess customer needs and explain how our products can meet them, highlighting value and benefits.
· Build and maintain strong, positive business relationships with customers.
· Connect with customer leads using digital communication methods.
· Handle customer issues and complaints quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
· Work closely with team members and other departments to support sales efforts.
· Monitor your area and market activity, track sales, and report on progress.
· Share insights with management on customer needs, challenges, competition, and opportunities for new products or services.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
· Take feedback onboard and keep improving your approach.
