Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability through IT reseller partnerships.
· Manage a portfolio of strategic reseller accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
· Analyse market trends and competition to uncover new growth opportunities in the DACH region.
· Collaborate with external Business Development Managers to align partner strategies.
· Deliver impactful business reviews to senior leadership and partners.
· Foster collaboration within our vendor ecosystem to drive mutual growth.
· Own the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless reseller engagement.
· Leverage advanced CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) for data-driven decision-making.
· Identify and promote emerging technologies or disruptive vendors to enhance ASM’s Tail Spend offerings, tailored to DACH needs.
· Mentor junior account managers to build a high-performing sales team in Munich.
· Champion digital transformation in sales processes through advanced CRM and analytics.
· Represent ASM as a thought leader in DACH IT industry forums, amplifying our Tail Spend expertise.
