REQUIREMENTS OF AN INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER:

  • Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a customer-focused role.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • IT literate, with CRM experience.
  • Tenacious, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated by targets, incentives, and progression opportunities.
