DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role The Internal Account Manager is responsible for overseeing partner relationships, managing renewal processes, generating and following up on quotations, and ensuring the efficient processing of orders. This role is crucial in driving renewals and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely support and facilitating effective communication between partners, vendors, and internal teams. Additionally, the Internal Account Manager ensures data accuracy, supports channel sales initiatives, and collaborates with logistics and finance teams to streamline processes. This role will report to Service Delivery Manager. As the Internal Account Manager, you will: Proactively generate renewal quotes based on lists provided by the Service Delivery Manager. Process orders and ensure all related documentation is accurate and up to date. Provide quotations for assigned regions and products, ensuring a response time within 2 hours as per the agreed SLA. Coordinate with the logistics team to obtain freight rates and manage shipments Close all tickets and incidents assigned to you in Freshdesk and SAGE CRM. Share renewal quotations with partners and follow up to ensure timely status updates before license expiration QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Internal Account Manager: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or a similar role. Experience in IT distribution, channel sales, or vendor management is advantageous. Familiarity with Cyber Security Vendor products and processes Attention to detail is a large requirement Ability to analyse trends and create actionable reports to inform business decisions.
