ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join our dynamic team as a key Internal Sales Account Manager / Commercial Assistant, supporting our European Sales Manager. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive new business by generating and managing quotations, ensuring seamless order processing, and providing exceptional customer service to our French-speaking clients. You’ll also play a crucial part in supporting product management, pricing strategies, and demand planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive Sales: Generate and track daily quotations for external customers, meeting and exceeding targets.
• Order Management: Ensure accurate and compliant processing of customer purchase orders in SAP.
• Data & Reporting: Compile and distribute critical sales metrics (TOC, pipelines, quotations vs. orders) and maintain a live quote register.
• Product Support: Assist the Product Management team with pricing, portfolio management, and demand planning using Excel.
• Pricing & Agreements: Administer annual pricing agreements and price lists across European locations (UK & France).
• Cost Efficiency: Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Financial Management: Ensure timely payment processing and follow up with customers as needed.
• Inventory & Planning: Work closely with sales and planning to understand material inventory and manufacturing availability.
• Customer Communication: Provide regular and professional customer interface via Teams, phone, and email.
• Meeting Participation: Contribute data and insights to inventory management and burndown meetings.
