We are looking to recruit an internal account Manager based at our Chesterfield Site, reporting direct to Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales/dispatch process and customer support and will be the customer’s main communication point within the company. They will be responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met at all times on a right-first-time basis, managing the customer requirements from the point of order to delivery of materials. The main purpose of this job is to manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the relationship with the customer in order to build strong customer links, provide an enhanced service, improve response times and sales growth within the organisation.
