Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (INITIALLY):

  • Acting as the first point of contact for a portfolio of well-established customers.
  • Processing clients orders efficiently
  • Managing day-to-day queries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Building strong relationships and supporting account growth.
  • Communicating out of stock lines to clients.
  • Monitoring and updating back order reports.
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities.
