Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Account Manager to join our friendly and professional team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands the flow of parts and tools in an operational environment, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • GCSEs or equivalent required
  • A Levels desirable
  • Additional training or qualifications in warehousing, stock handling, or customer service are advantageous

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting and developing relationships with our existing customers, processing orders and enquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between sales, service, and warehouse teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of regular clients
  • Process and follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and orders
  • Provide internal sales support to the external sales team
  • Liaise with warehouse and engineering teams to ensure smooth dispatch and scheduling
  • Assist with picking, packing, and preparing parts for dispatch or engineers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order records using CRM systems
  • Handle incoming customer communications professionally and efficiently
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes and identify additional service opportunities
  • Support periodic stock takes and help resolve basic parts or order queries
