Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER AT GALLAGHER EUROPE?

As Internal Account Manager, you are the go-to person for a dedicated customer portfolio (dealers & end-users). You will nurture existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and act as the commercial link between customers, field sales, and marketing. You’ll work KPI-driven, manage your pipeline in CRM, and play a key role in the adoption of our innovative solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive growth: strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers through calls, e-mails, and online meetings.
  • Win new business: identify, qualify, and onboard new accounts in close collaboration with field sales.
  • Own the pipeline: manage your CRM pipeline, forecast accurately, and achieve sales targets.
  • Promotions & campaigns: present monthly and annual promotions and convert them into sales.
  • Support & advise: provide after-sales support, quotations, and advice to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Market insights: stay on top of trends & competitors and share insights with sales/marketing.
  • Plan for Success: create an account plan that aligns with our overall sales objectives.
