Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of NMC product ranges focusing on Noel & Marquet (Deco Pro)

  • Proactively understanding customer order patterns and their performance. Recognising order trends and patterns (market, regional, or product lead)
  • Supporting and advocating sales and marketing strategy from group and local level
  • Identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, preparing and following up on enquiries and quotations.
  • Working with a CRM system and updating activities.
  • Proactively upselling and cross selling (enhancing the purchase and adding accessories etc)
  • Aftersales support ensuring customer satisfaction, answering sales enquiries, offering alternatives, advising of issues with stock availability, managing complaints/non conformance
  • Working towards achieving set KPI’s set by sales management

SUMMARY OF THE PERSONS THE EMPLOYEE WILL WORK WITH:

Managing Director, External Sales Team, Internal Sales Coordinators, Planning & Production, Finance, UK Marketing.
