My client offers environmentally friendly packaging to a wide range of services in to markets such as food service, supermarkets, industrial and fresh produce. They are looking for a business development lead to prospect and find new prospects for the external sales team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

I am seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Lead to join our team. This is a key role focused on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable growth for the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for the external sales staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations to support client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that add value for customers.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
