Infinity Care, operated by Gaire Enterprises Pty Ltd, is a leading NDIS provider delivering high-quality disability support services. With ongoing business growth, we are seeking a skilled Internal Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis to manage financial operations and support strategic planning.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG, and other statutory returns
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records in line with Australian Accounting Standards
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Support internal controls, compliance, and audit processes
  • Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems and processes
  • Provide financial insights to support business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience as an Accountant (General)/ Finance Officer
  • Sound knowledge of Australian tax, compliance, and accounting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Desirable:

  • At least 2 years of prior experience as an accountant
  • The role is based on a full-time basis at our Kogarah, NSW 2217 office
  • candidates must demonstrate strong accounting knowledge and relevant work experience

Employment Terms:

  • Full-time position (38 hours per week)
  • Location: Kogarah, NSW 2217
  • Salary: AUD $70,000 – $85,000 per annum + superannuation
