This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth through exceptional exposure to people, processes and technologies across our company. Starting salary: The pay range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 annually. Pay depends on the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: assist in developing, preparing, and executing audit plans conduct audits using business process risk assessments and reviews identify and document audit findings, recommend actionable solutions, and monitor remediation progress interact with and support external auditors during audit engagements prepare and present audit results and findings to management contribute to department-level planning and continuous improvement initiatives perform special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and risks stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and internal audit best practices work onsite at our Headquarters in Fairfield (minimum 80%25 onsite; remaining time remote) Be equipped with: excellent verbal and written communication skills strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities sharp analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills the ability to work independently and collaboratively with professionals at all levels motivation and discipline to meet deadlines and manage time effectively a high level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Bring education and experience: a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher ​​​​​​​Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
