Description

Our purpose drives us to build real communities that enhance the lives of our residents every day. We are seeking an Internal Audit and Compliance Lead to join our expanding Finance team.
After seven years of phenomenal growth and numerous awards, we are backed by a joint venture partnership between Legal & General PLC and NatWest Group Pension Trustee Limited. We are on course to significantly transform the later living experience in the UK, with a commitment to expand our portfolio to 34 retirement villages, which will equate to around 5,000 age-appropriate homes for retirees.
The Internal Audit & Compliance Lead plays a key role in driving compliance, audit, and data protection efforts across the business, using data-driven methods to monitor GDPR and operational compliance, identify risks, and enhance frameworks—ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in both strategic and hands-on environments.
