QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics or other relevant field.
• 5+ years of business experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with data extraction and transformation software (scripting and usage, e.g., ACL).
• Expertise in cloud-based data platforms, Power BI, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is highly desirable.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Internal Audit Data Lead offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by embedding data analytics and visualization into audit projects. This role will contribute across all phases of the audit lifecycle—planning, scoping, execution, and reporting - bringing curiosity, a continuous improvement mindset, and a strong desire to learn and innovate.
This role supports audits of business units, processes, and functions to enhance controls, improve efficiency, and reduce risk. Internal Audit at Owens Corning is a high-visibility function, partnering with business leaders to address the company’s most critical risks.
