We are searching for an audit professional (m, w, d) as an Internal Audit Manager Aufgaben Conduct audits and internal controls following the annual audit plan and identify issues / Discuss findings with the line managers, proposing an action plan and giving advice / Contribute in a growing environment to audit strategy and methodology, further differentiation of internal control work, enhancement of specific control activities, mitigation of risks and implementation of new regulations / Report the findings to the senior management / Coordinate internal audit related topics with internal and external stakeholders / Monitor legal and regulatory developments from the authorities and implement new regulations / Manage regulatory risks / Responsible for regulatory initiatives to keep systems and tools up to date / Conduct training especially for the front departments to improve risk awareness among the managers. Qualifikation Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration / Qualification as CPA or CIA / Experienced in audit, risk management or corporate governance in an internationally active bank / Experienced in leading audits / Experienced with data analytics to determine audit content / Strong analytical skills, to provide transparency into business process risks through adequate controls / Strong project management skills and negotiation skills / Ability to remain unbiased and strictly rule-based in a challenging environment / Solid, ethical judgment regarding personal conduct and demeanor as well as business practices / Communication skills at all levels of internal and external audit / Good team player / Ability of working under pressure / working independently / Presentation skills to management and senior management / Fluency in English and German. Responsibilities
