About the role: We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager – Technology & Projects to lead and deliver audits across technology, data, cyber, information security, and program and project controls. In this role, you will support the execution of the Internal Audit Plan and Strategy while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation. You will play a key role in strengthening the Bank’s control environment, delivering insights, and contributing to the continuous uplift of technology and data capability within Internal Audit. Specifically, you will: •    Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements across technology, information security, and program/project controls. •    Assess technology and information security controls within corporate and operational audits, identifying risks and improvement opportunities. •    Provide practical recommendations and commercial insights to enhance risk management and controls. •    Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and governance committees and monitor agreed actions. •    Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent Internal Audit across relevant technology forums. •    Contribute to the Internal Audit Plan, methodology improvements, and strategic initiatives to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness. About You: You are a driven and collaborative audit or risk professional with strong technology expertise and the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. You bring a pragmatic mindset, commercial awareness, and a passion for improving controls and risk outcomes. We also seek:  •    Demonstrated experience in audit (or assurance) of technology, cyber, information security and program/project risks. •    A relevant tertiary qualification in technology or a related discipline. •    Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP or an equivalent credential. •    Proven ability to independently lead audit engagements from planning through to reporting and stakeholder sign-off. •    Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into business insights. •    A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver to deadlines.
