Responsibilities

Order deliveries on weekends in Sharjah
Conduct regular audits of delivery operations in Dubai and Northern Emirates to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes, including route planning, dispatch, and delivery execution.
Monitor and enforce compliance with company uniform and equipment standards, including, ensuring riders wear proper company uniforms, shoes, and helmets.
Conducting regular checks on riders’ and driver’s phones to prevent fake location usage and ensure GPS tracking is functioning correctly.
Engage with riders to identify and address operational issues or concerns, including, providing support and guidance to resolve problems and improve job satisfaction.
Gathering feedback to inform process improvements and optimize operations.
Analyze delivery performance data, including metrics such as on-time delivery rates, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics.
