We are looking for an Internal Auditor – AS9100 | Defense & Aerospace Industry to join our Quality team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits in accordance with AS9100 requirements, including audit planning, execution, documentation, reporting, and follow-up on corrective actions. Lead internal audits across the full scope of the organization’s operations, including: Research & Development (R&D) Assembly & Integration Final Testing Customer Service & Support Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Configuration Management, and other cross-functional teams. Analyze audit findings, prepare and present audit reports, provide recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements 7+ years of experience conducting internal audits within the defense or aerospace industry. Strong knowledge of AS9100 requirements and auditing practices. In-depth understanding of development, manufacturing, integration, and service processes. Experience working with customers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities in the aerospace and/or defense sectors. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, systems thinking, and the ability to drive process improvements. Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken). Active security clearance – an advantage (successful completion of the security clearance process is required). Certified Internal Auditor qualification – a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute internal audits across R&D, assembly, testing, and customer service to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze findings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
