We are searching an ACCA, CPA or CIA professional (m, f, d) as an Internal Auditor Financial Processes Aufgaben Completing planned audits of financial processes with focus revenue cycle, manufacturing costing, expenditure cycle, and corporate consolidation / Auditing balance sheet & P/L reviews in IFRS / Completing planned audits of compliance topics according to corporate compliance program, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and local anti-corruption laws and regulations / Developing strong partnership with key business people in order to provide high standard audits and value-added recommendations for process- and risk management improvements / Dependent upon the audit or special project, assisting Manager, Director and/or Vice President to complete assigned task / Participation on special projects including fraud and hotline investigations / Assisting with the implementation of technology and other initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness of the internal audit department / Keeping informed on current issues involving internal audit best practices and relevant IFRS issues. Qualifikation Master's or Bachelor's in Business Administration / Several years of professional experience in a financial compliance or accounting role, preferably related to audit experience / Pronounced ability to operate effectively in a complex business environment / Strong analytical and good organizational skills / Appreciation for details / Strong diplomatic and negotiating skills / Excellent communication skills (oral and written) /Genuine team player / Self-confident / Motivated and hands-on nature / Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint / Oral and written English and German skills.
