We are looking for a senior audit specialist (m, f, d) as Internal Auditor (IT, Cyber & Data) CISA Aufgaben With a qualified and independent view of risks and controls, responsible for maintaining lean and efficient processes that keep the bank as a whole effective and up to date, as well as protecting its reputation by preventing financial and reputational damage / Conducting risk-based audits with the assessment of strengths and weaknesses based on international anti-standards and continuous monitoring measures relating to controls in the areas of information technology, information security and data management in modern IT environments with cloud, AI, IT plattforms, container technologies, microservices, data analytics, etc. / Evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of Bank policies and develop solution concepts / Prepare a draft of the findings and recommendations in the form of a report, discuss it thoroughly with line and senior management, and ensure that the appropriate corrective actions have been taken by monitoring the implementation of the corrective actions / Support in a consulting role business development projects to ensure that business objectives and regulatory expectations are met and risks are adequately mitigated / Supporting the modernisation of audit methodology through the use of innovative tools, data analytics, AI agents, etc., thereby maintaining the audit universe and keeping it up to date in terms of continuous risk control in the IT project portfolio / Maintain a close relationship with the bank's management and cooperate with the bank's supervisory authorities on all relevant matters / Support ad hoc agile IT projects. Qualifikation Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences, IT Security or Engineering / CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar certification / Audit experience in banking with a focus on information systems / Understanding of the relevant risks and controls in areas such as IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Production, Cybersecurity, Application Development & Maintenance, Operational resilience, etc. / Analytical personality with a team- and service-oriented approach as well as interested in dealing with stakeholders / Interested in structured, independent working methods / Ability to apply good judgement when making decisions / Ability to demonstrate business tactical and strategic thinking / Interest to influence stakeholders / IT flair, adept at using banking software and Excel / German and English.
