We are looking for a senior auditor (m, f, d) as Internal Auditor Life Science Aufgaben Perform risk-based audits of business processes globally across all functions of the Group / Guarantee audit assurance by evaluating and understanding the inherent risks to the international organization / Focus influence on improving efficiency and compliance with regulations in the companies / Independently, perform risk-based audits globally in commercial areas or in areas such as R&D, production and supply chain management / Assessing on the basis of the audit’s annual plan, operations, performance and internal controls / Rate the business risks identified, communicate clearly and concisely the findings and concerns to the line managers / Write concise audit reports summarizing all observations for the Head of Internal Audit / Advise line managers based on the risk identified, monitor the implementation of proposed improvements and ensure their completion / Contribute to the development of the audit methodology / Monitor trends in internal audit and dive presentations to promote risk awareness and risk mitigation / Ad hoc projects Qualifikation Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Audit, Accounting or Economics / Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Public Accountant (CPA), certifications mandatory / Solid experience as an auditor in a ‘Big Four’ company with a focus on life sciences or as an internal auditor in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry / Extensive process knowledge / Audit experience in diagnostics departments, as an advantage / Passion for streamlining and optimizing business processes and workflows / Analytical personality with critical and investigative thinking / Interest in teamwork and collaboration / Developed leadership skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude / International mindset / Ability to write texts and give presentations / Excellent negotiation and influencing skills / Understanding of data analytics / Good SAP knowledge / English and German.
