Description Tulley BMW of Nashua's Service Department is looking for an Internal Service Advisor to manage service and repair work for dealer-owned new and used vehicles. This position plays an important role in keeping our dealership inventory moving efficiently through the service department so vehicles are ready for the sales floor. The Internal Service Advisor will work closely with technicians, parts advisors, and the sales department to coordinate repairs, manage internal repair orders, and ensure dealership vehicles are completed quickly and accurately. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in dealership service operations and grow into a Service Advisor position. Responsibilities Open and manage internal repair orders for dealership-owned new and used vehicles Coordinate repairs between technicians, parts department, and service/sales management Monitor repair progress to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently Review technician recommendations and ensure proper documentation on repair orders Communicate repair status and completion timelines with management and sales staff Prioritize recon and inventory vehicles to help maintain sales readiness Ensure accuracy in repair order documentation and internal billing processes Assist with overall service department workflow and organization Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong communication and teamwork abilities Basic computer skills Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
