ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a proactive, customer-focused individual to help drive revenue growth by:

• Reactivating dormant accounts
• Generating new business opportunities
• Supporting both existing and new customers throughout the entire sales journey

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service that reflects Morris Leslie’s family values, while ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for every customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive revenue growth by reactivating dormant accounts and identifying new business opportunities through proactive phone and email engagement.
• Confidently generate leads, both warm and cold, to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
• Grow existing customer accounts through targeted campaigns, tailored solutions, and project-based initiatives.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and consistent experience.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, upholding Morris Leslie’s family values in every interaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all customer information, activity, and communications are fully up to date.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to first hires and beyond.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with all customers to encourage long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate effectively with external sales teams and operational staff across the depot network to ensure seamless customer support and delivery.
