Movember is dedicated to changing the face of men’s health. We’re on a mission to raise awareness and funds for men’s health issues, including mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. We believe in having fun while doing good, and our iconic moustache campaign has inspired millions to participate and donate.
We’re currently seeking a passionate Internal Change and Communications Lead to join our Melbourne based team.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Internal Change & Communications Lead is responsible for developing and implementing innovative internal communication and change plans that effectively support the delivery of Movember’s strategic impact. This role ensures that employees are well-informed, engaged, motivated and aligned with the company’s strategic goals and change objectives through creative and compelling communications.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or similar or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering “fit for purpose” internal change communications in a complex, global organisation
  • Proven ability to influence and provide strategic advice and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstratable knowledge and application of best practice and trends in for internal comms and employee engagement; track record of delivering creative, innovating channels and program that achieve high impact whilst also suiting the size/scale of the organisation
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and connect teams to purpose and outcomes
  • Proven ability utilising digital platforms (e.g. Slack, Intranet, Email) to deliver engaging communication
  • Experience in change analysis and supporting teams through change
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and proven ability building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Skilled in using metrics and analytics to measure communication effectiveness
