VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this role We are seeking an experienced communications professional to lead internal communications and engagement strategies across VOIS centres in Hungary, Romania, and Albania. This role will partner with senior leaders to foster belonging, enhance employee engagement, and support business transformation during a dynamic period of change. You will also shape and deliver communications for Corporate Functions, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. What you'll do Develop and implement internal communications and engagement strategies aligned with business priorities across local centres and service lines. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure leadership communication supports organisational goals. Guide and support team members to deliver impactful communications, using data and reporting to measure success. Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver events and engagement campaigns that inspire and connect employees. Who you are Experienced in strategic planning and delivery of internal communications within complex organisations. Skilled at leading teams across diverse geographies and cultures. Adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills to simplify complex issues and create practical solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging content. Fluent in English and knowledgeable about global communications trends.
