Description

I. Key Resposibilities: Event Coordination & Operations: Support execution of sharing sessions (invitation, reminder, thank you notes, registration, online/offline logistics) to ensure smooth delivery. Feedback & Reporting: Collect feedback, track attendance data, and support basic reporting. Design & Media: Design posters/visuals and support short video/clip production for internal communication. Culture Building Support: Support execution of internal activities and preparation for sharing sessions on company culture. The Intern may not delegate, assign or sub-contract part or all of this Agreement to any third party except with the prior written approval of the Company. In the event of such assignment or delegation, the Intern shall remain liable to the Company for any assigned or delegated obligations and shall not be relieved of any obligations under this Agreement. II. Key Requirements: 3rd–4th year students or fresh graduates (Marketing/Communication/HR or related) Available for at least 3 months (part-time/full-time) Good coordination skills; able to support event logistics (online/offline) Careful with details; able to track attendance and follow up Good communication; proactive and responsible Good at design (Canva/PPT); video editing is a plus Positive attitude, willing to learn, interested in internal activities

Responsibilities
