Description
Executes tactics in support of overall strategy, enabling consistency of voice across messages and channels and escalating issues as appropriate. Design communication strategies for internal events such as All Hands, Company meeting and afterworks. Leverage your writing, editing and presentation skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of best practices in organizational culture and internal communications. Assists in the development and production of communications materials (e.g., briefing documents, talk tracks, video, PowerPoint slides, screen). Uses current and relevant templates and materials; builds on effectiveness of previously used materials. Assists in the creation of communications to inform and facilitate employee communications across the subsidiary. This include leader communications like all-hands, organization emails, Viva Engage etc. Assists with data analysis from surveys and feedback channels to measure, plan, and inform efforts. Assists in creating content and storytelling that is current and aligned with internal and external corporate guidance (e.g., legal and policy regulations, financial) Takes on the role of project manager for major internal events Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related field. You must be legally authorised to work in France to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit) Must speak English and French to C1 level or above. Seeking an Apprenticeship contract starting from September 2026. Relevant internship/work experience (e.g., internal or external communications). Familiarity with emerging technologies. Ability to think creatively and implement creative ideas. Familiarity with graphic design and video content creation for marketing and communication purposes. Proficient project management and communication skills
Responsibilities
