Job Description At Europ-Assistance Holding, the Internal Communication Manager is responsible for planning, creating and managing communications initiatives aimed at employees. He ensures that all important information is properly conveyed at the holding level and with all local entities’ communications teams. This person understands the challenges of the company's overall communication. He/she works closely with External communication and all the local entities communications department to align corporate messages. Responsibilities: Developing the internal communications strategy Drawing up the internal communications plan in conjunction with the Communications Department. Identifying the need for appropriate communications media for the various internal audiences. Implementing campaigns to strengthen the sense of belonging and corporate culture. Managing and optimizing internal communications media Creating and distributing newsletters, in-house journals, posters and intranet content. Organizing in-house events such as seminars, events, conferences and team-building activities. Coordination of internal communication projects with service providers and internal teams. Performance analysis and reporting Monitoring and analyzing feedback on internal communication initiatives to assess their impact. Using communication and measurement tools such as surveys and participation analysis to adjust strategies. Presenting detailed reports to senior management to demonstrate the effectiveness of actions taken. Managing global and local relations Ensuring cohesion between global and local communications to ensure a consistent brand image. Working with External communication to harmonize messages. Manage event communication projects in conjunction with corporate communications. Preferred Experience Education: Advanced degree in Communication Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in internal Communication management, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector. Your experience coordinating multicultural teams and your ability to unite stakeholders around a shared vision are essential assets. You are comfortable with the challenges of AI transformation in a regulated environment. Skills Strong governance and structuring capabilities, able to design and enforce clear frameworks, processes, and planning discipline across Group, regions, and countries. Action-oriented, with a proven ability to turn strategy into coordinated, on-time delivery to multiple stakeholders. Stakeholder leadership in a matrix environment, able to align diverse regional and local teams, secure buy-in, and manage tensions without direct authority. A strong sense of prioritization and editorial judgment, ensuring that communications are targeted, sequenced, and impactful rather than excessive. A data-driven mindset, capable of introducing reporting standards, tracking performance, and building feedback loops to continuously improve effectiveness. Experience in transformation and changing contexts, with the ability to support major Group initiatives and ensure consistent rollout across markets.
