Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. tex Job Description Key Responsibilities: Internal Communication: Develop and implement internal communication plans to enhance employee engagement and information transparency Write and edit internal communication materials, including company news, announcements, newsletters, and internal publications Coordinate internal meetings, town halls, employee training sessions, and cultural events Manage internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, internal social media, bulletin boards), ensuring timely updates and accurate content Gather employee feedback, analyze communication effectiveness, and propose improvements Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent, clear, and effective messaging across the organization Executive Assistance: Support senior executives with daily tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items Assist with document filing, expense reimbursements, and office supply procurement Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Help organize company events, client visits, and provide other administrative support as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in internal communications or executive support roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese Proficient in office software and internal communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint) Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities High level of discretion, responsibility, and professional integrity Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
