Ciklum is looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine. We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. About the role: We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist who will join us to drive the internal communication strategy for Ciklum forward. You will be an essential part of our internal communications team that works with key stakeholders and shapes clear and efficient messaging about our business, operational activities, and people. Clear and compelling writing in English and high-level communication skills are a must for this role. We also expect developed self-organisation in planning and executing employee communications and flexibility to succeed within a complex and rapidly evolving company. Responsibilities: * Contribute to the execution of the internal communications strategy and tactical delivery of internal comms via various channels, including our internal social network, emails, videos, newsletters, town halls * Produce accurate, concise, and relevant texts tailored to the audience and source of communication * Develop connections with internal stakeholders across the company to support their goals with internal communications * Support the production of communication collaterals, such as emails, social posts, video communications, presentations, etc., to be used by different levels of management * Assist with the organisation of internal events, such as town halls * Follow the general approach to internal communications and ensure their consistency * Proactively anticipate risks, using professional judgment to adjust communication plans * Engage in reporting processes to verify that employee communication delivers greater overall value to the company Requirements: * 2+ years of corporate communications experience within a fast-paced corporate setting * University Degree in English Philology, Journalism, PR, Social Studies, or a related discipline * Passionate writer with fluency in English and ability to work with both separate messages and long-term narratives * A sharp eye for detail and stories within the company, both on an individual and company level * Well-developed organisational, project management and creative problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline and results-driven environment * Strong interpersonal and excellent relationship-building skills What`s in it for you? * Possibility to work in a leading IT company * Competitive salary * Career and professional growth * Unique working environment with variety of knowledge sharing opportunities * A hybrid work format: you can come to the office or work from any location convenient for you.
