Responsibilities

Our team:

  • We are responsible for driving the internal communications agenda for a critical organisation within Australian aviation, from leadership to the front line.
  • We work closely with people in all parts of the organisation, who are working in all parts of the country. All Airservices people depend on the team for timely, relevant, and useful content.
  • Each day, we play a key role in supporting the delivery of the organisation’s strategy.

In this role you will:

  • Execute the internal communication agenda for dedicated groups/functions, managing requirements end-to-end.
  • Work closely with leaders and stakeholders to advise, develop and implement communications plans, that inform, inspire and support teams on our transformation, change initiatives, projects and events.
  • Help our frontline teams understand the organisation’s objectives and how they contribute to delivering our purpose and strategy.
  • Keep our teams informed through a multichannel approach, including online, print, and video.
  • Contribute to content planning in alignment with other internal and external communication teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader Communications team to develop content and ensure effective alignment of messaging, use of channels and coordination.
  • Write, edit and produce compelling, targeted, clear content and communications materials, managing distribution to meet agreed timing and plans.
