You will work internally as a strategic advisor to ensure organizational projects are effectively communicated to employees and stakeholders. You will report into the VP Global Centers. What you'll be doing: Manage our external presence, promoting the brand and company culture through different channels, and support the goals related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and people retention. Be a strategic communications partner by providing counsel to senior managers in the development of messaging and engagement opportunities to employees to support important priorities, projects, and activities. Support all our media presence on the local market - media events, press releases, articles. Make sure everything is approved and following the corporate guidelines. Lead on a global level or take part in different internal projects focusing on the process improvement strategy, and internal engagement activities. Be a main partner for the regional and global comms and brand strategy and agenda. Organize major site related events like Town Halls, Learning Fridays and different internal and external projects, and be responsible for all internal communication channels on the site. Qualifications What you'll bring: 2+ years experience in Communications/Marketing. Strong verbal and written skills; clear, persuasive, and confident. Strategic Thinking: Understand business goals; identify threats/opportunities; make informed decisions. Customer Focus: Respond promptly; manage expectations; seek feedback. Very good written and spoken English.
