Reports to: Group Internal Comms Manager (Group People Team), alongside regular collaboration with Slevomat Group’s CEO (and other board members) and People Partners

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH …

• Experience in EA, communication and⁠/⁠or similar
• Excellent written and verbal english and czech language (slovak desirable, but not essential)
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Experience in content creation
• Graphic design and video editing skills
• An open and curious mindset
• A proactive attitude and keen to learn the industry/new approaches
• Collaborative – you can build great working relationships with stakeholders at both Slevomat and the wider Group People Team
• Great attention to detail and ability to handle confidential/ sensitive information with discretion
• Confidence using technology
• Flexibility to work from our offices in Prague as much as required

Support the Slevomat Group CEO and Leadership Team with:

• Project management, reporting and governance of company OKRs/ leadership tasks
• Creating materials for key stakeholders (presentations, meeting agendas, reports etc)
• Creating and maintaining schedules for Leadership Team, including diarising meetings and planning company events
• Serving as the point of contact between the Leadership Team and key stakeholders
• Maintaining clear and efficient communication on behalf of the CEO and his team
• Support our internal communication strategy for our employees at Slevomat Group by:
• Assisting the Group Internal Communications Manager and Slevomat Group People Partners to facilitate effective communication channels, disseminate information, and contribute to maintaining an engaged and informed workforce
• Creating, building and tracking (analytics) our new internal comms platform, Happeo
• Creating engaging content (videos, slide decks etc) for various internal communication channels such as online communications, intranet, emails and other digital platforms
• Collaborating with relevant teams to organise communication related activities, including content for company wide communication
• Supporting timely and accurate delivery of messages across our brand
• Supporting alignment of internal communications with the organisations brand guidelines and messaging standards
